This is Post Crafts and Gifts (“PCG”) Privacy Policy and applies to all of our mobile applications and websites. PCG ((“us” or the “site” or “website” or “mobile application”) is committed to protecting the privacy and security of all visitors, subscribers and users (collectively “you,” “your,” and “user”) who use our site and/or mobile application. Our goal is to provide an experience that delivers the information, resources, and services that are most relevant and helpful to you. Information Supplied by Our Users

PCG collects personal information, such as your name and e-mail address, only if this information has been entered by you on the site and/or mobile application and transmitted to us, and to the extent that such collection, processing and use is permitted by law or covered by your consent on our contact us page, when you sign up for a consultation, subscribe to our newsletter or blog updates or when you download information available on the site and/or mobile application. These declarations of consent are recorded by us and can be accessed by you at any time at the appropriate place on our site and/or mobile application. You are entitled to revoke your given consent at any time in whole or in part with effect for the future. PCG does not collect any of this unique information about you except when you specifically and knowingly provide such information.

We take the requirement of data collection seriously and only collect personal data that is required for the purpose of using and processing the respective service, and to be able to address you more personally or to provide better service to you. Any collection, processing and use of your personal data will only be for the stated purposes and to the extent necessary to achieve these purposes.

Information from Web Server Logs

When a user requests web pages from the site and/or mobile application’s servers, clicks on banners or other links or otherwise uses or views the site and/or mobile application’s services, products or other functions, we or our agents may automatically collect some information (“Data”) about the user. This information may include the IP address from which the site and/or mobile application is being accessed, the pages or links that were requested, the special preferences or requests of the user and cookie information received from the computer of the user. This information is used to verify our records and to provide better services to you.

Information from Cookies

In order to offer and provide you with personalized services, PCG may use “cookies” to store and help track your information. Cookies are small text files that are placed on your computer or mobile device by the site and/or mobile applications that you visit. They cannot harm your computer and do not contain any information that enable us to identify you personally, they just enable the site and/or mobile application to recognize your computer and to identify certain other non-personal information such as which browser you are using. We use remarketing pixels from websites including, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and You Tube in customized, targeting follow-up advertising. These third-party vendors show our ads on websites across the internet by using cookies based on past visits to our site and/or mobile application.

Information from Mobile Devices

PCG may collect information from mobile devices used to access this site or mobile application, such as operating system and version information, IP address, and location information.

Facebook

This site and/or mobile application has integrated components of the enterprise Facebook. Facebook is a social network. 

Facebook Tools are used on the site and/or mobile application and may use cookies, web beacons and other storage technologies to collect or received information from your websites and elsewhere on the internet and use that information to provide measurement services and target ads.

In addition, it is explained there what setting options Facebook offers to protect the privacy of the data subject. In addition, different configuration options are made available to allow the elimination of data transmission to Facebook.

Google

This site and/or mobile application has integrated components of the search engine Google.

Google Tools are used on the site and/or mobile application and may use cookies, web beacons and other storage technologies to collect or received information from your websites and elsewhere on the internet and use that information to provide measurement services and target ads.

Use or Disclosure of your Personal Information to Third Parties and Co-Brand Partners

The services provided on our sites and/or mobile applications may be provided by various companies. We may share your information among these companies so we can make it easier for you to use utilize our services seamlessly.

We do not sell, rent, or otherwise provide personally identifiable information to third parties without your consent except where it is necessary to carry out your instructions (to process your payment information, for example) or to share information with our affiliates that provide services.

PCG uses a secure server for the purpose of securing your private information. All your private/credit information sends out via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology that is used to keep the information confidential when you place your order online.

PERIOD OF PERSONAL DATA STORAGE

The personal data is kept unless there is no engagement with our sites or mobile applications for five (5) years.

COMPLIANCE WITH LEGAL PROCESS

The personal data collected as part of the use of this site and/or mobile application will not be disclosed to third parties or transmitted in any other way. Exceptions to this are transfers of personal data to our data processors, or if we are required to do so by law or we in good faith believe that such action is necessary to: (1) comply with the law or with legal process; (2) protect and defend our rights and property; (3) protect against misuse or unauthorized use of our web sites; or (4) protect the personal safety or property of our users or the public (among other things, this means that if you provide false information or attempt to pose as someone else, information about you may be disclosed as part of any investigation into your actions).

External service providers that we use to operate the site and/or mobile application or to perform certain services on our site and/or mobile application, process personal data exclusively on our behalf and are contractually obliged to comply with the applicable statutory provision on data protection and data security. They are not considered third parties in terms of data protection law.

CHILDREN’S PRIVACY

We do not knowingly collect or maintain personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13. The services are not directed to children under the age of 13. To register for a user account for the services, you must be 13 years of age or older. You may not register for a user account for the services if you are under 13 years of age.

CORRECTING INACCURACIES

When you sign up for our services, we may send you an e-mail confirming your new account. The message will be sent to the address that you supplied to us at the time of sign-up and will describe ways for you to change or delete the account information provided. Remember to keep the confirmation e-mail as it will also contain information that will help you in case you run into problems accessing our services. We welcome your comments or questions. OPT OUT

You can choose to opt out of receiving emails from our sites and mobile applications at any time. If you wish to opt out with respect to more than one email address, you must provide a separate request for each email address. Every email sent from our sites and mobile applications will include appropriate unsubscribe instructions. Opting out of email offers for a specific service only opts you out of that service.

To opt out of all email marketing messages, you must send an email to customerservice@postcraftsandgifts.com from the email address you wish to unsubscribe. Please clearly state in your email, “Unsubscribe me from all dip local email marketing.” This is the only way to assure that you no longer receive email advertising messages from PCG as the marketer.
